Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jili167 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. jili167 is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or UMID — when requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jili167 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jili167 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any funds within it to another person under any circumstances.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jili167 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit is ₱100. jili167 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. jili167 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. jili167 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts, subject to payment provider timelines.
5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be withheld or delayed where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending on the Account.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the jili167 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jili167 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
6.1 General. jili167 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from them.
6.3 Abuse. jili167 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — is detected.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
7.1 Certified RNG. All jili167 games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from verified third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by jili167 or any player action outside of normal gameplay.
7.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jili167 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
7.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jili167 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from jili167 is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili167 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 jili167's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jili167 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.
jili167 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jili167 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jili167 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.
